A Little Unexpected
My brain occasionally takes a perfectly reasonable idea and wanders off somewhere else entirely.
And that is how we ended up with a baby turtle and a butterfly.
There wasn’t a complicated story behind this one. I simply wanted to draw something fun, let my imagination have a little room to play, and see where it took me.
The result was this sweet little pairing of two creatures that probably wouldn’t have much reason to meet in real life.
Which, frankly, is part of the fun.
Not every piece needs a grand story.
Sometimes you just need a turtle, a butterfly and a little imagination.
