There is something about a rainy day that makes the island feel a little different.

The skies darken, the air cools down, and for a brief moment, it feels like everything slows.

Under the Shell takes that familiar rainy-day feeling and adds a little fantasy.

Because if you happened to find yourself caught in a downpour, why not simply climb inside a giant conch shell and wait for it to pass? 😂

Inspired by the approaching rain, cooler temperatures, and the little moments of imagination that tend to sneak into my work, this piece is a reminder to take a breath and enjoy the moment—even when the weather has other plans.
